Majority of us have bad sleeping habits and the average amount of sleep we are getting is less than 6 hours, which is not normal or healthy by any means. A lot of us even tend to stay up till late at night, getting less than 4 hours of sleep and then heavily relying on caffeine to make it through the next day. Students especially get very little sleep, with a good chunk of them even pulling all-nighters in order to get work done.

Now what we do not realize is that these bad sleeping habits will lead to a lot of problems for us later on in the future.
