Noel Burton’s first professional engagement was in 1968 for the Vancouver Playhouse in James Reaney's Listen to the Wind. While in England in 1970 he worked for the stage, radio, film & TV. From 1970 to 1976, he acted in English repertory theatre in Medieval Mystery Plays through Shakespeare to Broadway musicals. In film, he has performed leading roles for Philippe Falardeau in La moitié gauche du frigo, for Brian McKenna in The Chiefs, for Lea Pool in Lost and Delirious and along side Christopher Plummer in Agent of Influence. More recently, he played in Denys Arcand’s Stardom and Christian Duguay’s The Art of War.
